How to get the Master Pricing Agreement (MPA) to be on State Approved Vendor List?

Why is MPA important?

ANSWER: The MPA allows CART service providers to be entered into the state system as independent contractors. Once the necessary paperwork has been submitted, CART service providers do not need to supply their credentials, W-9 forms and other contact information unless it changes. The MPA has been on trial for one year and is being evaluated for its efficiency.
