Communication Access is vital to every Deaf and Hard of Hearing person's life. Communication Access benefits all entities involved because it provides total access to communication between parties whether they are in the legal settings, classrooms, job interviews, legislative hearings, town hall meetings, etc. Also, communication access is required to be provided by public and private entities according to the American with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - Section 504.
